How It Works

HAAG PROGRAM
​

HEROES AUTO ADVISORY GROUP buyers program has been developed to assist all first responders when purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Active and retired police, fire fighters, correctional officers, EMT's, medical professionals, military as well as their families can take advantage of this free service. The program was developed by Tom Mellon, a retired Philadelphia Police officer and formidable supporter of many heroes’ organizations and charities. It is sanctioned by the Philadelphia F.O.P. Lodge #5 and Fire Fighters Local #22.  

The program provides vehicle buyers with special pricing and stress free treatment during the buying process.  Additionally, program dealerships have committed to make a monetary contribution to one of the heroes' charities from the proceeds of each vehicle sold.   Heroes and their families can choose any make or model vehicle.


HAAG MEMBERS

There is no application, membership fee or requirement for membership other than having served as an active or retired police officer, fire fighter, correction officer, EMT or the military. Additionally any hero’s family member is regarded as a member and can take advantage of this free service. First responders have always been supportive of each other, their institutions and their charities and utilizing this program when in need of a vehicle is a great way to assist the Heroes” Charities.  


HAAG DEALERS

Heroes Auto Advisory Group has carefully selected dealerships who are supportive of the program and have a good public reputation of service to their customers. Not all dealers qualify to participate in the program. HAG dealers see the potential growth and advantages to their dealership as well as the opportunity to be of service to all first responders and their families. HAAG dealers ensure special highly competitive pricing and treatment to our heroes and their families.  Dealers offer HAAG members the advantages of factory incentives, cash back offers, rebates, large inventory choices, dealer discounts, trade in values, financial rates and products to protect your investment. 
Additionally the vehicle sale generates a monetary donation

Dealerships expand their customer base by providing vehicles and service to  local heroes and their families and are publically recognized at all HAAG functions.

You will subsequently be contacted by a Heroes Program Specialist and the selection, price and purchase process will begin.  Timing is important. Factory incentives, cash back offers, rebates, inventories, dealer discounts, trade in values, financial rates and prices can change rapidly.
